SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship only within the United States.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom orders may require additional processing time, typically 1–2 weeks. Detailed timelines for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please refer to our Custom Order section for more information.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days: Free

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days: $10

    All shipments are handled through USPS.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email detailing your tracking number and an invoice detailing your purchase.

SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the issue.

RETURNS

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Items for a refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact us at MLOReturns@Outlook.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your item.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
